Orthodontist
Dr. Hassan Khan graduated from the Honors college at West Chester University earning his Bachelor’s degree in Cell & Molecular Biology with a Chemistry minor. He then pursued his degree in dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he received numerous accolades and distinctions, and graduated with Honors in both Radiology and Research. While in dental school, he also earned a Masters degree in Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine. During his time at Penn, Dr. Khan published several peer-reviewed articles encompassing topics relevant to both dentistry and ethics. He then moved to New York City to complete his three-year postdoctoral specialty program at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine where he earned his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics. Dr. Khan also holds a faculty appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor in Orthodontics at Columbia University where he teaches residents on the newest technological advances in clinical orthodontics.
Dr. Khan genuinely believes that the orthodontic profession enables him to combine both his mind and hands in a way that facilitates the creation of a healthy smile. Most importantly, he loves the direct impact a beautiful smile has on his patients’ self-esteem, happiness, and potential for achievement.
